Emergency Response Watch (ERW) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

- Account and scanner access permissions
- Basic device information for app functionality and stability

- Manage access to the live scanner system
- Maintain app performance and security
3. Data Storage and Security
All user data is stored securely using Google Firebase services and is encrypted in transit.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.
Data is only accessible to authorized ERW administrators.
5. External Subscription System
Scanner access is provided through an external subscription system managed outside of Google Play (e.g., Facebook or Square payments). No payments are processed within the app.
6. Data Retention
User data is retained only while the account is active. Users may request deletion at any time.
7. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting ERW. Requests are processed within 14 days.

1. Contact Emergency Response Watch via email or official Facebook page. (emergencyresponsewatch@gmail.com)
2. Provide your account email or username.
3. We will delete:
- Your account credentials
- Scanner access permissions (If applicable)
- Associated Firebase user data
Data Retention:
- Some anonymized system logs may be retained for security and auditing purposes.
- Personal identifiers are permanently removed.
Deletion requests are processed within 14 days.
